FOUNDER & CEO
Qasim Mansoor brings over 25 years of experience across the Middle East and international real estate markets, having held senior leadership roles at some of the most influential development organisations, including Emaar, Aldar, and Ellington Properties.
His career has spanned the conception and delivery of large-scale, city-defining projects, including landmark waterfront communities and mixed-use destinations such as Dubai Creek Harbour, Harbour Plaza & Mall, Address Harbour Point, and major residential developments.
In 2025, he was recognised among the Middle East's leading entrepreneurs and industry figures, reflecting his influence in shaping contemporary urban development and lifestyle-driven communities. His philosophy is simple: developments should endure commercially, architecturally, and culturally.
